How It Works?
Step 1
Press the Button to Trigger an Alarm
Press the button on your personal alarm, smartphone, or smartwatch to instantly alert our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre, the only service staffed by nurses and other qualified healthcare professionals.
Selected devices also offer automatic alerts for falls, crashes, or unusual vital signs.
Step 2
Communicate with our INS Nurse
Our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre is staffed by registered and enrolled nurses, along with other qualified healthcare professionals. They have access to your personal details and medical history, and will speak directly with you through your device to assess the situation and provide appropriate support.
Step 3
24/7 Assistance Provided
The nurse will assess the situation and provide whatever help is needed from reassurance to arranging additional support. This may include contacting your emergency contacts (such as a family member, neighbour, or friend), or dispatching emergency services.
Step 4
Dispatch Help if Necessary
If the nurse is unable to make voice contact, an ambulance will be dispatched to your location. No matter what the situation, rest assured help is on the way.
