Our Voice Reach Talking Call Point works with our L-401RV Diallers and allows for two-way voice communication. It can be mounted anywhere in the home for added assurance.
Certified to IP44, the Talking Call Point can provide additional protection in areas of the home where you’re most at risk; for example in the bathroom where there’s a higher risk of slips and falls.
The simple press of a button opens up two-way communication between you and our Emergency Response Centre, and the built-in microphone and speaker lets you talk to our nurse right through the call point, like a speaker phone. The nurse can also listen in to what’s happening without the user needing to be near the dialler itself.

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
