Our optional TeleHealth services assist with monitoring people’s health, particularly those with medical conditions.

As an established Australian healthcare provider, INS LifeGuard is committed to delivering quality care through technology. Our Telehealth services offer significant benefits for the elderly as well as those who are dealing with chronic health issues.


TeleHealth vital signs (such as blood pressure, blood sugar levels, pulse, and various other measurements) can be automatically recorded and monitored by family or carers. Alternatively, choose our professional TeleHealth service and have them monitored by or sent to a registered nurse at INS LifeGuard for monitoring. Our professional TeleHealth monitoring gives you peace of mind knowing that someone is keeping a constant eye on your health and can provide you with guidance and support if needed.


We keep comprehensive electronic patient records including medical details, medications you may be taking and any allergies.  With permission, we can share the outcome with your regular GP or specialist.

We Offer Two Monitoring Options for TeleHealth Services

Free TeleHealth Monitoring

Allow clients to record vital signs and have them monitored by family or carers.

Professional TeleHealth Monitoring

With this optional service, the measurements are sent to a registered nurse at INS LifeGuard for monitoring. If the readings are of concern, our nurse will take action and follow-up with you.
