Clients, family members and primary caregivers (with client consent) can update the information held by INS LifeGuard themselves at any time.

There is no charge to use the Client Portal with the INS secure intranet site. You can also choose to nominate trusted persons who will be able to log-in and update information on your behalf.

Compatible with existing users of the LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler, SmartHome LGX, SmartLink Medi Guardian MKII 4G, Chiptech SEVEN LE plus new and existing users of the LifeGuard SmartTracker and INS LifeGuardian® app.


The client portal allows clients and carers to update their information remotely.
