View LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler compatible peripheral transmitter devices, such as pendants, call points, and smoke detectors. We also provide secure access for families, carers and village managers to view and update information with clients permission.
The LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler can be used to provide home automation features, e.g. to automatically turn on/off power points and lights, or even to lock or unlock your doors. You can control these features from the device, or the nurse from INS LifeGuard can control them if needed during an emergency (e.g. to unlock your front door to allow emergency services to enter).
There is no cost for using the Home Automation service, but depending on the features you wish to use, you will need to purchase specific accessories.
The LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler can also be connected to monitored Infra-Red Beams (PIRs), thus providing home security by monitoring movement in and around your home. This can provide added peace of mind, helping to ensure your family and home are safe. This service incurs a monthly monitoring fee and requires the purchase of our PIR beam.
Our existing, secure, web-based Client and Manager's Portals are very helpful tools for clients’ families, carers and village managers, allowing them to log in via a secure web portal to view or change information. For those who would prefer to use a mobile app, our new INS LifeGuardian Connect® app adds extensively to the current web portal features. This app is available for download via Google Play or the App Store (iOS version requires iOS 13 or higher) via the QR codes.

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
