After payment and the emergency and health information is confirmed by our team you should expect delivery within 5 -10 business days*.
*In the case of technician install this time frame will not apply.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. The user bears any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and establishment fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of our shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
The refunded amount will be less any costs we have incurred, including the cost of your SIM card.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5 business days, however this can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
