Our response centre is staffed by highly qualified, experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We know of no other company that can make that claim.
INS LifeGuard personal alarms and nurse call systems allow seniors to live more independent and active lives, knowing that aid is available at the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Step 1
In the event of an emergency, press the button on your personal alarm system. We can also supply a Fall Sensor that automatically triggers an alarm when a fall is detected.
Step 2
An alarm is sent to a nurse in our emergency response centre, who has access to your personal details and medical history. The nurse will call out to you over a two-way speaker on your emergency unit. You need not be near the unit to be heard.
Step 3
The nurse will assess the situation and send whatever help is required – whether that be your emergency contacts (family member, neighbour, or friend), or emergency services.
Step 4
If the nurse is unable to make voice contact, an ambulance will be dispatched to your location. No matter what the situation, rest assured help is on the way.

The INS LifeGuard medical alert systems, also known as personal emergency response systems, offer a fast and easy way for the elderly, people with health issues, and those who live alone, to get help during an emergency, monitoring a medical issue, assistance with a fall, monitoring smoke detectors, or any event that requires an immediate response.

Available to our clients 24/7 if they are feeling lonely and just need someone to talk with, an INS Nurse is there to call and have a chat with. They can also call INS LifeGuard at any time for information or support. Our nurses can interact with GP's or other primary health providers at our clients request.
TeleHealth services offer:
Free TeleHealth Monitoring enables clients to track vital signs and have them supervised by family or carers.
Professional TeleHealth Monitoring is an optional service that sends measurements to a registered nurse at INS LifeGuard for monitoring. If the readings raise concerns, our nurse will intervene and follow up with you.

Monitors health data from the Apple Watch
If vital signs reach critical levels (as per user-defined thresholds), an alarm will be triggered automatically.

Your family and carers can download and, with your consent, they can receive alerts and monitor any vital signs that are recorded.
INS LifeGuard can supply and monitor
Client Portal - allows clients/family to update their information remotely.
Managers Portal - allows villages and independent living providers the ability to access reports, update protocols & information, manage concierge services, broadcast messages and send evacuation alerts.
Future functionality includes passive monitoring that can alert family or carer when an unusual activity or lack of activity indicates there may be a need to check on the end user

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
