This, together with our other preventative services, is designed to provide not just a
personal emergency response system, but also a health, wellness and prevention-based approach.
Linking clients to village staff through our Manager’s Portal – and family and care providers through our INS LifeGuardian Connect® app and Client Portal has been enormously successful and an exclusive feature we know village operators highly value and appreciate. This exclusive feature fits into our vision of coordinated, connected care and supported independent living.
Allowing independent living, community care and those operating supported retirement to easily perform essential functions, the Manager's Portal is an innovative and secure intranet site available on mobile devices as well as computer browsers.
The Manager's Portal is designed to improve various aspects of how village and community care managers deal with resident/client information and provide care to residents/clients.
Full features of the LifeGuard Manager’s Portal includes updating client information, accessing real-time reports, broadcasting messages, sending newsletters, issuing
evacuation alerts and changing village procedures and protocols. The ability for villages to provide their own enhanced concierge and TeleHealth services is currently in development as is the ability to set automated reporting alerts via SMS or email.
Residents with these alarm systems will have access to our

Our secure, web-based Client and Manager's Portals are very helpful tools for clients’ families, carers and village managers, allowing them to log in via a secure web portal to view or change information. For those who would prefer to use a mobile app, the INS LifeGuardian Connect® app is an alternative of the current web portal features. This app is available for download via Google Play or the App Store (iOS version requires iOS 13 or higher) via the QR codes.

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
