  • How does the medical alert necklace or watch work?

    When you need help, simply press the button on your LifeGuard transmitter, SmartTracker or SafetyWatch and an alarm will be sent to a nurse in our Emergency Response Centre.

  • How does an INS LifeGuard personal alarm device work?

    In the event of an emergency, press the button of your LifeGuard personal medical alarm. A nurse on our emergency response centre will get notified and will call you immediately on your emergency unit.


    The nurse will evaluate the situation and send any necessary assistance whether it be emergency services or one of your emergency contacts such as a relative, neighbour, or acquaintance. If the nurse is unable to get in touch with you by voice, an ambulance will be sent to your location.


    Depending on your needs and preference, we may also provide a Fall Sensor that automatically triggers an alarm when a fall is detected.*
