INS LifeGuardian® harnesses the Apple Watch's advanced capabilities to detect falls and alert our qualified healthcare professionals instantly. If a fall is detected, our nurses can communicate with you through your device and dispatch help, whether it's emergency services or your nominated contacts, even if you can’t respond. Additionally, INS LifeGuardian® monitors trends like gait and steadiness, alerting you to potential fall risks before they happen. This proactive approach can help prevent injuries and avoid unnecessary hospital visits.
INS LifeGuardian® utilises the health data collected by your Apple Watch to provide a comprehensive overview of your wellbeing. Vital signs like heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and respiratory rate are continuously monitored by our healthcare professionals. If any readings fall outside your personal thresholds, a registered nurse will review the data and may contact you to discuss the situation and ensure you're okay.
For critical events, such as irregular heart rhythms or sustained abnormal heart rates, an alarm is triggered, prompting immediate contact from a nurse who can assess the situation and arrange emergency services if necessary.
Each month, one of our Registered Nurses can reach out to review your vital signs, discuss your physical and mental well-being, and conduct a comprehensive health assessment. After the review, INS can generate a detailed report that can be sent to your GP, specialist, care provider, employer, or directly to you—only at your request and with your consent.
INS LifeGuardian® lets you set Geofence areas, creating a virtual boundary around a specific location. If the wearer crosses this boundary, an alarm is triggered and sent to family or caregivers through the INS LifeGuardian Connect® app. This feature is especially beneficial for individuals with cognitive issues, like dementia, who may be at risk of wandering.
When an INS LifeGuardian® alarm is triggered, the user's GPS location is automatically sent with the alarm, enabling INS to provide precise location information to emergency services if needed.
Leveraging Apple's advanced technology, INS LifeGuardian® detects car crashes and triggers an alarm to INS LifeGuard. INS will then contact you and dispatch help to the crash location, even if you are unable to respond.
You can set a custom Siri phrase to trigger an alarm, like “Hey Siri, send help,” to trigger an alarm, enabling you to request assistance even if you can’t press the help button.
Whether you're an employer monitoring a remote worker's site departure or someone who enjoys evening jogs, INS LifeGuardian® lets you set check-in timers for added safety. If a check-in is missed, an alert is triggered to ensure someone can check on you and send help, if required.
Employers can manage and schedule these check-ins for their staff through our Manager’s Portal.

Easily update your personal information directly in the INS LifeGuardian® app. You can set and manage permissions, allowing Emergency Contacts, Village Staff, or Care Providers to view or edit your details. You have full control to grant or withdraw these permissions at any time.

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
