INS LifeGuardian® Good News Story

We are thrilled to share a success story from one of our INS LifeGuardian® App users. Recently, we received an alarm from a client whose Apple Watch recorded an ECG reading indicating Atrial Fibrillation (AF). Our nurse promptly contacted her to discuss the reading.

The client informed us that she had previously received a call about an identical reading, but she was asymptomatic at the time. However, given this second reading, our nurse advised her to take another ECG while on the call. The new reading still showed AF, and although the client was not experiencing heart-related symptoms, she admitted she wasn't feeling her best.

Concerned by the repeated AF readings and the lack of prior history, our nurse recommended an immediate consultation with a GP. Following this advice, the client visited a GP clinic, where an ECG confirmed she was in AF. The clinic swiftly called an ambulance, and she was transported to the hospital for further assessment.

Her husband later called to update us on her condition. He expressed immense gratitude for the INS LifeGuardian® system, praising its effectiveness in detecting the issue and ensuring timely medical intervention.
