In an emergency, when every second counts, a locked door may delay life-saving medical treatment. A security key holder is used to hold spare keys to your doors. If you have a monitoring service through INS LifeGuard our nurses can provide access code to emergency response personnel, so they won’t need to force entry.
Our existing, secure, web-based Client and Manager's Portals are very helpful tools for clients’ families, carers and village managers, allowing them to log in via a secure web portal to view or change information. For those who would prefer to use a mobile app, our new INS LifeGuardian Connect® app adds extensively to the current web portal features. This app is available for download via Google Play or the App Store (iOS version requires iOS 13 or higher) via the QR codes.

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
