The LifeGuard SmartHome VCP includes all the medical alarm features you would need in a budget-priced system. It leverages long-range F1 transmitter technology, allowing you to send an alert to our Emergency Response Centre with the simple press of a button.

Our Call Centre is staffed by highly qualified and experienced nurses who will be on call 24/7, ready to provide assistance to any emergency situation that may arise.

The SmartHome VCP is a stand-alone emergency alarm system that comes shipped with a standard transmitter, but it can be upgraded to work with other optional devices such as the Mia BT4 Transmitter and VR Call Point for maximum safety whether you’re at home or on the go.

LifeGuard VR Call Point

VR stands for Voice Recognition — if you’re not able to press the button for any reason, you can actually just say “Help Me” to trigger an alarm. With an anti-slip pad on its back, the VR Call Point can be wall-mounted or placed on any flat surface. It also transmits supervisory and lowbattery signals to our response centre so we can ensure its proper operation at all times.
